American and Western Prosperity
There have been several past attempts by Europeans and several recent attempts by American Sociologists to explain the ascendency of Western Civilization with its attendant prosperity and growth. The results have been quite similar whether the study was done in the 19th century or the last 10 years. We were founded on the ideas that personal property, including real estate, was peculiarly owned by individuals, not the state. The rule of law prevailed and included ideas of personal liberty in one’s own ideas, expressions, and religious preferences (the 1st amendment). And morality as defined by the Christian Bible controlled the formation of all laws.
These days many people, especially Socialist minded liberal Democrats, would have us throw away those Christian values including the Protestant Work Ethic for State (governmental) run, controlled, and defined schools, work rules and charities by using non-voluntary confiscated funds (taxes) to pay,feed,house,and control the masses whom they deem incapable of taking care of themselves. Factually, Government is growing in all sectors of economic life and its endemic rules are making it increasingly difficult for individuals to conduct themselves according to their Christian values and for businesses to expand or increase hiring due to the expansion of regulations.
"That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from consent of the governed.- That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People
to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and Happiness. Remember Jefferson's great insight : The GOD who gave us life gave us liberty."
Our Founders declared independence and created a government based upon their understanding of GOD's principles. They were committed to the idea of a federal government with limited powers. Because of their success, our government today is now the oldest government on earth. The best way to ensure its continuation and to secure religious liberty is to further limit governmental, particularly federal, powers and maintain the rights of redress articulated in the Declaration of Independence.
Liberals tend to be immoral. Our liberal power elite are selfish, hypocritical, arrogant, self-righteous, and, worst of all, destructive of those around them, witness Obama, Pelosi, Reid, etc. They saddle everyone else with rules, regulations, and higher taxes which don’t apply to themselves and that they somehow escape paying. The Buffett Rule might sound like a great idea, but it would never apply to Buffett or the Kerry’s, or Kennedys, or Soros, or any other left-wing billionaire. Liberal do-gooders are always coming up with lovely schemes for redistributing other people's money and managing other people's lives even if those schemes do more harm than good.
Welfare redistributes wealth to those who cannot work but also to those who avoid working, underreport income, or have found ways to take advantage of funding off the backs of those who actually do work. Did you think FDR designed Social Security to actually assist poor Americans? His entire idea was based upon making as many people dependent upon Government (run by Democrats) as possible thereby assuring continued Democrat Party rule. Johnson did exactly the same thing with his War on Poverty that has spent more than a trillion dollars ensuring entire generations remain dependent upon government largesse. Add to those ideas open and free abortion and you have an aging populace that cannot ever expand sufficiently to get the nation out of debt. None of that will end under Democrat Party rule since they have accepted Socialism as their basic tenets and rejected God.

The Evil of Obama

When writing anything thought less than complimentary about any racial minority in America (factually, anywhere in Western Civilization), one should expect to be accused of RACISM, the new boogeyman word. It is used widely by minorities who are themselves racists to denote anyone with whom they disagree. In our mad politically correct world, openly racist minorities are actually listened to and their views promoted by Media that hates itself and the West even though resident minorities are better treated in America than anywhere else in the world.
To Define Evil: That which is
1. morally wrong or bad; immoral; wicked: evil deeds; an evil life.
2. harmful; injurious: evil laws.
3. characterized or accompanied by misfortune or suffering; unfortunate; disastrous: to be fallen on evil days.
4. due to actual or imputed bad conduct or character: an evil reputation.
5. marked by anger, irritability, irascibility, etc.: He is known for his evil disposition.
6. that which has; evil quality, intention, or conduct: to choose the lesser of two evils.
7. the wicked or immoral part of someone: The evil in his nature has destroyed the good.
8. harm; causing harm, mischief, or misfortune: to wish one evil.
From his first run for office, BO beguiled the nation and the too easily influenced such as our benighted college aged youth and the media by proclaiming positive Hope and Change rarely defined and always ignored by press, opinionators, and leaders of the Democrat Party. His book, "Dreams from my Father" told us of his hatred for Christian America and his choices of socialist, communist, and racist companions he felt were oppressed and deserving of special compensations. His actions gave huge monies and privileges to his cronies and financial supporters which media largely ignored or praised despite the lessons of history.
In fact, I firmly believe it is the self-hatred and politically correct viewpoint reflecting an American Stockholm Syndrome allowing Barrack Hussein Obama to be elected to any public office; ultimately the Presidency. Facts of actual malfeasance, lying, false documents, possibly non-eligibility for office, widespread voter fraud (which the compliance of corrupt political parties kept from being investigated), usurpation of Congressional authority, political payoffs to his cronies, an apparent conscious effort to bankrupt America, and an attitude that America is only getting its deserved comeuppance allows the Big Zero to apologize for even the great good America has done worldwide. Such should completely de-legitimize this pathological liar. That media types still love him proves only that most of them are either too stupid, too ignorant, or too hateful to be taken seriously about anything, all reasons the Internet has taken over as the information source for the world. No one trusts the media any more.
Compulsive lying, also called Mythomania, is a rather common symptom of mental illness. This disorder presents an acute challenge by its very nature because health care professionals cannot always tell if the patient is telling the truth with regard to symptoms. Compulsive or pathological liars are often so convincing that they consistently beat polygraph tests and convince themselves that their lies are the truth. Such is also a common symptom of Narcissistic personality disorder in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance and a deep need for admiration. Those with narcissistic personality disorder believe that they're superior to others and have little regard for other people's feelings.
There have been numerous remarks, reports, and stories of medical professionals who describe Obama as above. In fact Obama will often tell a lie when the truth would better serve which strongly suggest he really is ill or the Leadership of the Democrat Party and he both need to be impeached and run out of office or possibly tried for treason. There can be no doubt in a sober mind that his and his parties policies have driven the nation deeply into debt and harmed our economy and national safety.
Obama appointed numerous Czars given unprecedented powers with no challenges from a cowed and highly supportive Democrat dominated congress despite the fact that there is no Constitutional support for his actions. In fact the Czars occupy positions outside of Congressional oversights rather than as do Cabinet positions. Democrat Congressmen got their rewards in the forms of huge payoffs and a Justice Dept. that specifically ignored possible illegalities of voter fraud and Wall Street payoffs.
BO's policies promote dependency and caused welfare roles to have surged. 48% of the nation is now government dependent for food, clothing, housing and other basic necessities yet BO cries for higher taxes on the top 10% of wage earners to support the non-working dependent public.
During the World apology tour, the media praised and touted Obama as "The One" bringing world peace and prosperity. The haughtiness many noted as pathological narcissism was given a pass by media and the beguiled as they fell under influence of the first colored man to achieve world-wide power and notoriety. Apparently his supporters cannot see his continuous efforts at destroying the USA as evil since they're taught daily from the beginning of their school days America is herself evil and personal liberty must be given up so that Government can guarantee whatever rights it sees fit to bestow upon grateful citizens.
The fact that our Constitution, supposedly the supreme law of the land, enumerates specific rights which government cannot remove seems to be lost upon his leftist sycophants.
Since 9-11 our own Stockholm Syndrome has given Politically Correct minority status to Muslims. Despite the reality of Muslims murdering people wholesale the world over, from Israel to Europe to the USA, they are appeased with monies, special rights, and all criticism stymied lest they rise up and smite the hands that feed them. The love is unrequited. Islam is about hate not love. Killing is their response.
During the past 50 years, almost all widespread murders, attempted hijackings of aircraft, trains, busses, bombed churches, hotels, airports, and ships at sea have been perpetrated by Muslims, rarely anyone else. There have been a few school shootings, etc. in America by deranged minds but the worldwide death toll by Muslims is in the 100's of thousands. Russia, Indonesia, India, Spain, England, France, Germany, and not a single middle eastern or Asian country has escaped the murderous attentions of Islam. Yet our President (who now claims Christianity) told the whole world several times that he is MUSLIM and there are numerous videos on YouTube, etc. attesting to it. Whether he believes any religion is a matter of debate as he is a pathological liar. Nothing he says can be taken as truth without great investigation. It is also a tenet (visit the Koran) of Islam that you should lie to non-Muslims if an advantage can be had. Certainly his actions belie actual Christianity.
In the 40's,50's, and even 60's such as the Big Zero could not have gotten elected dog catcher, not because of his color but his stated beliefs. There have been black legislators and politicians since our founding despite the attempts of the left to deny their historicity. Widespread belief in God, country, community, and family - Judeo-Christian values - were still widespread affecting everyday life from work to play. Not yet crippled by national guilt, doubt and self hatred brought on by the Korean and Viet Nam wars, our pitiful media, and amoral pathological Hollywood Socialists, we would not have tolerated same-sex marriages, the widespread murder in the wombs of increasing numbers of unborn children or accepted the idea that the posting of the Ten Commandments on a courthouse wall (ever been to the Supreme Court of the USA?) violates the first amendment. Such ideas would have been rightfully scorned as asinine.
Moral weakness, appeasement, and acceptance of criminal acts by any particular social or political group always encourages further violence. Goodwill gestures and concessions are seen as weakness breeding an irresistible urge to force further compliance through violence always takes hold of tyrannical societies such as Islam. Bush was right to war with the countries that promote Islamic Radicalism but he should have named the enemy for who they are and gone after radical leaders of the movement rather than merely a single tyrant or a highly mobile group of insane killers. He could have ended the spread of radicalism but lacked the moral courage to do so just as our nation now lacks such clarity.
The Big Zero's efforts at totalitarianism and growing tyranny through his executive orders and widespread Government controls such as Obamacare can be stopped and his efforts reversed but it will require something America has not shown in quite some time, moral courage and clarity. The Democrat party has supported his every effort and its leaders proven equally corrupt so that party must become a target. We must remove democrats and take back our local offices, state offices, and find a National Leader capable of combating the socialism, the making of so many people dependent upon government, and the widespread malaise, national self-hatred, and immorality that has taken hold of America. That is a large task but can be done even if no Reagan seems to exist just now.
Recently, alleged former law professor, Barack Obama, stated a "good example" of judicial activism would be the Supreme Court (in his words, "a group of people") overturning "a duly constituted and passed law." The court has overturned more than 150 laws found UNCONSTITUTIONAL (two since 1995) in the past 100 years or so, a fact that eludes our "SCHOLAR" President. That it is the judiciary's job has been pretty well established since the 1803 case, Marbury v. Madison, heretofore one of the two most sacred opinions in liberal canon along with Roe v. Wade. Marbury captured the imagination of liberals when they realized that, simply as a procedural matter, the courts have the last word, period. The judicial branch isn't above the other two branches -- much less the states or the people. It is "co-equal" to the other two branches. Funny, the courts were once thought the least dangerous branch.
Chief Justice John Marshall's opinion in Marbury: "It is emphatically the province and duty of the Judicial Department to say what the law is." One example of a ludicrous ruling: In 1973, the Supreme Court announced that the Constitution mandates a right to abortion.
Factually, the Constitution says nothing at all about reproduction, contraception, fetuses, pregnancy, premenstrual syndrome, morning sickness -- much less abortion. It does, however, expressly grant to the states all powers not reserved to the people (such as the right to bear arms) or explicitly given to Congress (such as the right to regulate commerce with foreign nations, among the several states and with the Indian tribes). The Constitution obviously implicitly entrusted anything else including abortion laws to the states.
A clear hint that no "constitutional" right to abortion is based on anything in the Constitution is that during oral argument, as the lawyer arguing for this apocryphal right ticked off the supposed constitutional provisions allegedly supporting it -- Due Process Clause, Equal Protection Clause, Ninth Amendment, "and a variety of others" -- the entire courtroom burst into laughter. NO ONE believed him, except some very liberal minded socialist Jurists.
When conservatives complain about "judicial activism," they are referring to decisions not plausibly based on anything actually in the Constitution, making law where none previously existed. It seems the only court opinions liberals get excited about are those having nothing to do with the Constitution: abortion, nude dancing, gay marriage, pornography, coddling criminals, ...
Liberals try to hide their treachery (treason?) by pretending that conservatives get really upset about Federal (and Supreme) Courts striking down any law passed by any legislature. This is a preposterous lie that could fool only the irredeemably stupid, or media, or Democrats, but I repeat myself. Conservatives want the rule of law, not silence from judges. Not striking down unconstitutional law is every bit as much judicial activism as invalidating constitutional ones.
The GOP has kicked and beaten itself up over ideas that once were widely accepted as good. Current candidates weary voters with their constant attacks upon one another but there is little chance of a viable third party candidate at such a late date. We must get behind an elephant that stinks and push as we never before or accept our own demise as inevitable. The media are on BO's side and will lie for him as they always have. Every lie must be met with truth in our local papers; letters to editors, blogs, and emails. We can and must callout local TV and paper reporters who repeat BO's lies and speak truth as often as we can.
Additionally, we must force local, state and national politicians and leaders to see BO's and the Democrat's malfeasance, make pledges to fight to change or remove regulations and executive orders, and restore the Judeo-Christian values that made our nation great. Any politician or Christian leader (priest, pastor, or preacher) that refuses must suffer public enmity and understand that you will not cease to trouble them until they resign, retire, or change their ways. Churches should not support the evils of socialism nor its leaders without challenge. In fact, no CHRISTIAN who actually believes the Bible can morally support Obama and his Democrat sycophants.
These are the things we should have been doing long ago but had lost the moral courage to fight. We also need to take that fight into our schools; grade schools, high schools, colleges, and fire so-called educators that have not the clarity to understand the evils of socialism. Reclaiming our schools will go a long ways toward correcting the ills of society and help prevent recurrence of such detritus as this pathologically lying Big Zero and his minions.
The 2012 election must be a new beginning or it will be the end of the USA. Thank God for the Tea Party movement of American Patriots that are willing to fight our EVIL.

Congress" Latest Scam
Anatomy of a Scam

According to Mark Twain's Pudd'nhead Wilson, "It could probably be shown by facts and figures that there is no distinctly native American criminal class except Congress."
Well, the facts are in. And if you look at the figures the members of the current Congress have conjured up as their latest contribution to their favorite leftwing organizations, the criminality of that enterprise could not be any more obvious.
The bill is called GIVE – standing for "Generations Invigorating Volunteers and Education Act". It's the kind of obviously contrived moniker most grown adults would be too embarrassed even to admit having remotely considered. But, not the Criminal Class. In their rarified world of sheer self-indulgence, it's well-nigh considered a stroke of genius. Almost Shakespearean. And one can't help but wish they just would have settled for "Gee I'm Vacuous and Empty-headed."
Yet, as bad as the title is, the content is even worse. For, at a time when most Americans are doing all in their power to tighten their belts and survive the government-induced Depression, the members of the Criminal Class have allotted at least $5 billion to increase taxpayer hand outs to ACORN, PUSH – and a plethora of other decidedly leftwing flimflam groups – to spend in perverting the electoral system.
Now, please understand, the Criminal Class would label such a characterization of their self-described eleemosynary efforts insulting, degrading, and even inflammatory. Given a healthy dose of sodium pentothal, they would also label them true. In the absence of such, however, they would tell you that all they're trying to do is help 250,000 wonderful young unemployed volunteers find a way to serve the country. And who could possibly oppose that?
Well, perhaps, the wonderful older employed workers who are going to be forced to foot the bill – beginning at $5 billion for starters and ending at God knows where. There's an old saying, "When you find yourself in a hole, stop digging." For the Criminal Class, the corollary should be, "When you find yourself broke, stop spending."
Such, alas, is not the case – particularly when the Criminal Class is spending your money. And especially particularly when they are spending it to fill the pockets of a bunch of leftwing, "non-profit" con artists who will then, in turn, use the money to help re-elect their liberal benefactors to Congress … where they, in turn, will vote to spend more money to fill the pockets of a bunch of leftwing con artists who will then, in turn … Well, I think you get the picture. And, it ain't pretty.
What makes the so-called GIVE Act all the more galling is that the members of the Criminal Class actually outdid themselves in their effort to pull the wool over the public's eyes and pass it through shameless subterfuge. While claiming that all they wanted to do was lend a helping hand (after pulling it out of your pocket, of course), they indulged in one smarmy gyration after another to assure that, surreptitiously, their "ACORN Authorization Act" (as the bill really should have been called) would pass intact and unamended. How do we know this? Well, as the great sportscaster Warner Wolfe would say, "Let's go to the videotape."
As first introduced in the House, the GIVE (to ACORN) Act, was craftily worded so as to appear to protect taxpayers from having their money used for political purposes while actually opening the door wide open to just such abuse. The bill said, in essence, "Here's the money, boys and girls. Just remember that you can't play politics with it" (wink, wink). Which, of course, meant that every single cent the scamsters could get their hands on could go for politics – since they could use the taxpayers' money to cover the overhead (as in massive salaries, swank suites, weekend retreats, ad infinitum, ad nausea).
When it was suggested to Ma Barker – pardon me, make that Nancy Pelosi – and her gang that the wording of the bill might contain a few loopholes (the size that you could drive a truck through), Ma said, not to worry; if you can't trust ACORN, who can you trust?
That response left more than a little to be desired, so one courageous congresswoman, who has somehow escaped becoming criminally insane, offered an amendment to the House bill simply codifying what Ma had said was really the intent of the law to begin with. Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-NC) slipped in amendment that said, to wit, no organization engaging in politics could receive taxpayer funding under the GIVE Act. Period.
Now, stay with me, because it gets a little tricky here. Rep. Foxx, who is on the Rules Committee (she's easy to pick out: she's the one who actually believes in rules) knew that her amendment would never get by the Criminal Class if simply offered for an up or down vote. So, she introduced it as part of a motion to recommit. Rather than get bogged down in arcane legislative details, let's just say that Mrs. Foxx's move forced the members of the Criminal Class to accept her amendment before passing the bill in its entirety.
Please don't think for one minute, however, that Ma and the gang had bought into the Foxx Amendment. They only let it pass after they had assured themselves that the fix was in to strip it out when the House bill went to the Senate. In the real world, that is what's known as "criminal intent." In Washington, it's known as "business as usual."
Once the GIVE Act got to the Senate, the scam continued unabated. There, Harry Reid -- the man the Vegas Mafia dons affectionately called "Mr. Cleanface" (you can look it up) – made sure that his criminal cohorts in the House were well-rewarded for their efforts.
How so? Well, as a first order of business, Mr. Cleanface had Maryland's Barbara Mikulski introduce an "amendment" to the bill that wiped out the Foxx Amendment in its entirety. That's right, lock, stock, and barrel; every honest and upright word. And what did Ms Mikulski and the Senate Criminal Class put in its place? You guessed it: the same loophole-ridden language the House Criminal Class had used to make sure their fellow flimflam artists in the non-profit sector got every cent of ill-gotten taxpayer gains their larcenous hearts could desire.
Proving the old adage that there's a little good even among the worst of us, Senators DeMint (R-SC) and Vitter (R-LA) made one, futile, last-ditch effort before the bill's final vote to add back in the honest essence of the Foxx Amendment. Both offered amendments of their own once again stipulating that not one single cent of taxpayer money could go to organizations engaged in politics. And once again, the members of the Criminal Class derisively voted down the amendments – all the while, of course, bleating about their love for the wonderful young unemployed volunteers they were now going to be able to help (with your money, of course).
Such, then, is the wretched way of the only "distinctly native American criminal class." To them, it is not enough to rob you blind; they're only truly happy when they're lying to you about it, as well. And one is reminded of yet another description the learned Mr. Twain had for the members of Congress: "...the smallest minds and the selfishest souls and the cowardliest hearts that God makes."
Though, in the GIVE and take of the Criminal Classes' daily machinations, one has to wonder if it is at all fair to adjudge the God of mercy that grizzly gang's Spiritual Father.
